Refund & Returns Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: Returns and requests for refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags. It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as software, opened audio devices, or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
