At Metort, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for products purchased on our website, including Smart Watches, Cameras, Audio Devices, Gaming Accessories, and Computer Peripherals. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Software, digital downloads, or opened software licenses.
  • Personalized or custom-configured products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the product using its original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Metort is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  3. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after receipt.

Refund Methods & Timing

Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Refunds for payments made via PayPal or other digital wallets will be credited back to that account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Defective or Incorrect Items
